APPROACH
We bring organization and confidence to the construction process by utilizing a systematic approach to each project. This begins with development of a project schedule and identification of the critical path.
We work with the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate activity logic and durations for construction and procurement activities, incorporating project milestones and other unique client requirements.
We believe scheduling is crucial to the ultimate success of a project and is the primary tool for evaluating the progress of a project throughout its entirety. As such, we monitor and update the schedule routinely which allows us to identify potential impacts and make on-time adjustments allowing us to keep your project on schedule.

RECENT PROJECTS
Fresno City College
Fresno, CA
This project included the removal and replacement of 16,800 sq. ft. of gym floor including asbestos abatement of the existing vapor barrier, electrical, and gym equipment.
Foster's Freeze
Clovis, CA
The work involved the construction of a new portico at the entrance of the business, modifications, and plastering of the exterior envelope as well as exterior ADA improvements.
The business had to be fully operational during the course of construction.
Lumber Town
Madera, CA
This project included the partial demolition and new addition to the Madera District Fair's Lumber Town venue. The venue is a period
representation of the Madera Sugar Pine Lumber Company and the project required
that all of the construction and finishes match the rustic and period-correct look of the existing facility.
Fire Station No. 11
Fresno, CA
The work involved remodeling the existing shower facilities and installation of two new dorm rooms. Modifications in the apparatus bays for installation of new coiling doors to accommodate a larger ladder truck.
The fire station was fully occupied and in service during the course of construction and all construction had to be coordinated with the firehouse.
Sanger Unified SD
Sanger, CA
This project included the relocation of five stockpiled relocatable classroom buildings and associated site work.
Tranquility HS
Tranquility, CA
Interior modernization of gymnasium including the refinishing of the floor, modernization of two restrooms, new bleachers and ADA site accessible parking.
